User Obligations

Confidentiality

deepventureium acknowledges that in the course of providing services, we may have access to confidential business information. We commit to maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose such information to third parties without your express consent, except as required by law.

Similarly, you agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies, processes, or business information disclosed by deepventureium during our engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by German law, deepventureium's liability for any claims arising from our services or these terms shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall deepventureium be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Our consulting services are advisory in nature. While we strive to provide accurate and valuable recommendations, the implementation of our advice and the results achieved are ultimately your responsibility. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes or financial results.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
